Return and withdrawal from the contract
The customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion.
When returning a product, please remember to include the following with your shipment:
receipt or invoice,
statement of withdrawal from the contract.
The customer may use the withdrawal form available on the Store's website. Use of the form is not mandatory. If you use a different form, please legibly enter your first and last name and bank account number to speed up the refund process.
The statement of withdrawal from the contract can be sent:
by email to the following address: office@mindspace-edu.com, or
include with the return shipment.
The 14-day period is determined by the date of sending the email with the statement or the date of posting the return shipment.
The returned product must be complete and show no signs of use. If a product that does not meet the above requirements is returned, the Seller reserves the right to send the product back to the Customer at their expense.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the return shipment. The form of refund depends on the payment method selected when placing the order.
If the order was paid for by instant transfer or electronic payment, the refund will be made in the same way.
In the case of a partial return of an order, shipping costs are not refundable.
The costs of returning the product to the Store shall be borne by the Customer. If the order has been paid for but not collected, the refund amount will be reduced by the cost of return shipping.

Complaints
If the purchased product proves to be defective, damaged, or inconsistent with the order, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.
How to file a complaint?
Complaints can be submitted:

(Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
The complaint form should include:
describe the reported problem in detail,
provide the order number,
attach a document confirming the purchase (receipt or invoice), if issued.
The seller will respond to the notification as soon as possible and provide further instructions regarding the complaint. Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt.
If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will take steps to resolve the matter in the most favorable way for the Customer, in particular by:
product replacement,
repair,
refund of all or part of the payment,
another form of compensation.
