For all matters related to the processing of personal data, you can contact us at the following e-mail address: office@mindspace-edu.com. You can also contact us in writing at the address of our registered office given above.

For convenience, we have divided this document into two parts:

  1. Cookies and other technologies
  2. Other purposes of processing personal data of Store users

If you are short on time, click on the link for the section that interests you most. If you have a little more time, we encourage you to read the entire text.

II. Cookies and other technologies

We use cookies and other similar mechanisms to learn how users use our Website and for marketing purposes, including to display advertisements to them elsewhere on the Internet.

1. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer, phone, or other device you use to browse the web. The cookie contains information about how you use the website.

Some cookies are necessary for our Store to function and cannot be disabled.
In other cases, when you first visit our Website, we ask you to consent to the installation of cookies. We do not use advertising or analytical cookies (or any other cookies other than those that are necessary) without your consent.

2. What cookies do we use?
  1. Essential cookies
    • These cookies are essential for the website to function properly. You cannot disable them because if you do, our website will simply not work correctly.
    • In this regard, we use a tool that stores your privacy settings. It shows your consent or lack thereof to run specific types of cookies on our website.
    • Other necessary cookies on our Website are used to ensure its proper functioning and management, including making changes to the website and activating tracking tools to which you have consented.
  2. Functional cookies
    • Some cookies on our website are used to launch additional tools on the Store's website, such as chat, a module for adding product reviews and/or stars, the option to recommend a product to a friend, the option to display products you have recently viewed in our Store, etc.
    • A list of functional tools used on our Website, along with an explanation of their specific purposes, can be found in the cookie consent management panel.
  3. Social media plugins and links
    • On our Website, we have placed links to our social media profiles: Facebook / Instagram. If you visit our profile on a given website, the owner of that website will receive—as is the case when users move from any other website to another website—information that you have accessed these websites from our Store.
    • Details regarding data processing by these social media services can be found on the websites of the providers of these services:

3. Legal issues concerning cookies

The legal basis for the Store's use of necessary cookies (listed above in the section "What cookies do we use?") is our legitimate interest, i.e., the right to operate a website that supports our business and the need to maintain its security.
The legal basis for our use of other cookies is your consent.

In connection with our processing of your personal data using cookies, you have the rights describedbelow at any time.

Our use of cookies, in particular for advertising purposes, may involve so-called profiling. This means that we or the marketing companies we use may create a user profile based on the information collected (e.g., email address, order history, device type, technology used, frequency of visits) and use it to make purchasing predictions for the future. This allows us to make decisions about what content (including advertisements) to display on our and other websites.

4. How long do cookies remain on the user's device?

It depends on whether they are "persistent" or "session" cookies. Session cookies, i.e., information necessary for the browser's functionality to work properly, expire at the end of the user's session, i.e., each time you close our Website. Persistent cookies, which make the website easier to use (e.g., they remember the selected resolution, content layout, user preferences, recently viewed products), will be stored by the browser for longer and will remain there until they expire, unless you delete them yourself beforehand using the settings in the browser menu.

Third-party cookies (i.e., analytical, advertising, and social media cookies) are subject to their own privacy policies, to which we provide links in this policy.
